河埜亜弓−宮崎市生まれ。
サックスプレーヤーの父とトロンボーンプレーヤーの叔父を持ち、
幼少からスティービーワンダー、
カウントベーシー等様々なジャンルの音楽に触れ親しむ。
短期大学卒業後、ジャズシンガーになるべく
地元・宮崎のジャズクラブ等に出演しながら経験を重ねる。
2001年1月、初来日したニューヨーク出身の黒人女性シンガー”ケイサ・ブラウン”に
出会い影響を受け、彼女の招待のもと、単身渡米する。
2003年6月、その才能を開くべく上京。
2005年1月、代々木NARUにて第12回ボーカルオーディション合格
素直でストレートに歌い上げ、そのスウィング感には定評がある。
これからが楽しみな歌手である。
現在都内のジャズクラブで活動を展開、関根敏行Nippon Soul Jazz Band、小泉高之クインテットなどで活躍中。

In February 1978, Ayumi Kawano was born in Miyazaki, Japan.
As an effect of her father who is a saxophone player, Ayumi Kawano
listens Steevie Wonder, Count Basie and other kind of those musics,
from she was just a little girl. After she graduated from college,
she started to sing at jazz clubs in Miyazaki and learned a lot
about jazz in those experiences.
In January 2001, "Keisa Brown" who is a professional singer
from New York, came Miyazaki and had a stage with Ayumi.
Keisa Brown was impressed by Ayumi's vocal capability,
and she invited Ayumi to New York to learn the real jazz in home.
In 2003, Ayumi moved to Tokyo which is a capital city of Japan,
to be a professional jazz singer, and getting schedules in
many jazz clubs around Tokyo, lately.
Most of works with Toshiyuki Sekine & Takayuki Koizumi.
